- Can I import my ManyChat flows into Mastak?
- ManyChat's flow format is proprietary and closed — there's no standard import. What comes over easily: your Telegram bot token, your AI knowledge base, and your contacts (via the Google Sheets workaround, since ManyChat doesn't have a CSV export). Flows don't transfer directly, but the 5 most common setups have direct Mastak playbook equivalents that take about 10 minutes to configure.
- Does Mastak work while it's in Meta App Review?
- Yes — Telegram works immediately, no review required. Instagram works in developer mode during App Review (you can test with accounts added to your Meta developer app). If you're running Instagram at scale and need production access today, that's a real consideration — we're honest about it.
- ManyChat has way more integrations. Does that matter?
- ManyChat integrates with HubSpot, Google Sheets, Klaviyo, and others. Mastak currently focuses on the core IG + Telegram + AI pipeline. If you rely on a specific integration that isn't available, that's a legitimate blocker. Most creators who switch find they didn't actually use most of the integrations they had enabled.
- What happens to my contacts if I switch mid-month?
- Your ManyChat account stays active until you cancel it — there's no forced cutover. Run both in parallel during migration, then cancel once Mastak is live. Contacts in Mastak are per-plan with no overage charge.
