Terms of Service

Mastak is a cloud software service that automates DM conversations on Instagram and Telegram using AI. You connect your Instagram Business or Creator account (via Meta's official Graph API) or a Telegram bot, configure a knowledge base and sales scripts, and Mastak's AI pipeline handles incoming DMs on your behalf. The pipeline runs on our servers; you don't install software locally.

You must be at least 18 years old. You must have the legal authority to bind yourself or the business you represent to these terms.

Because Mastak automates your Instagram and Telegram accounts, you're also responsible for complying with Meta's Platform Terms and Telegram's Bot API Terms. Mastak uses only official APIs: Meta Graph API (Advanced Access) and Telegram Bot API. Using Mastak to violate either platform's policies isn't allowed and may result in suspension.

Mastak is currently available globally, with payment options for Russian and international customers. We may restrict availability in specific jurisdictions if required by applicable law.

You register with an email and password. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure; don't share your account with other people.

You may connect one or more Instagram Business or Creator accounts and Telegram bots, within your plan's limits. Your connected account credentials (access tokens, bot tokens) are encrypted at rest with AES-256.

Each account is single-tenant: your data is isolated from other users at the database level.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect a violation of these terms, misuse of third-party APIs, abuse of other users, or fraudulent billing activity.

You can:

• Automate DM replies for leads who've commented on your posts or initiated contact with you.
• Use the AI pipeline to qualify leads, answer product questions, and handle sales conversations.
• Upload documents to the knowledge base for AI context.
• Use Mastak for your own business, or manage accounts on behalf of clients on the Agency plan.

You can't:

• Send unsolicited bulk DMs or contact people who haven't interacted with your content first.
• Use Mastak to harass, threaten, or deceive people in conversations.
• Impersonate other people or businesses.
• Violate Meta's Messaging Policy or Telegram's Bot Terms, including sending prohibited content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract Mastak's AI configurations or infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.
• Use Mastak for any illegal purpose.

You're responsible for the content your AI sends. Mastak provides the pipeline; you configure the knowledge base, scripts, and automation rules. If your configuration causes your account to violate platform policies, that's on you.

Plans: Free ($0, rule-based replies, no AI, forever), Start ($12/month, 1,000 AI conversations), Pro ($24/month, 3,000 AI conversations with LLM selection), Agency ($59/month, 10,000 AI conversations with everything in Pro plus BYOK). Prices in USD.

Free trial: Every new account gets a 14-day AI trial with no credit card required. The trial includes up to 300 AI conversations on the fast tier (GPT-4o mini). When the trial ends — either at 14 days or 300 conversations, whichever comes first — the account continues on the Free plan (rule-based only, no AI). To keep AI running, upgrade to Pro ($24/mo) at any time; your card is charged only when you choose to upgrade.

Billing cycle: Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. Payment is processed by ЮKassa (RU cards), PayPro Global (international cards), or NOWPayments (crypto), depending on your payment method and region.

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds for unused time.

Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of your first paid charge if the product doesn't work as described. Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request." After 7 days, charges are non-refundable.

Plan changes: Upgrading takes effect immediately; you'll be charged a prorated amount for the rest of the cycle. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing date.

Non-payment: If a payment fails, we'll retry and notify you. Continued non-payment may result in a downgrade to Free or account suspension.

Mastak depends on Meta's Instagram Graph API, Telegram's Bot API, and OpenRouter for LLM processing. We have no control over those platforms' uptime, policy changes, or access revocations.

Meta can revoke API access at any time for any reason, including App Review rejections or policy violations on your connected account. If Meta revokes our app's access, Mastak's Instagram features will stop working. We'll notify you promptly but can't guarantee continuity.

We target 99.5% uptime for our own infrastructure, excluding planned maintenance. We don't offer a formal SLA at this pricing tier. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance.

We're not liable for downtime caused by third-party APIs, Cloudflare, payment processors, or infrastructure providers outside our control.

Mastak lets you connect third-party services to your account — Google (Calendar, Sheets), CRMs, payment providers, booking systems, and similar tools. Connecting one of these means you're also bound by that service's own terms; we don't control how Google or any other third party runs its product, and your use of it is between you and them.

Data shared with a connected integration is handled the way our Privacy Policy describes. If a third-party service changes its API, restricts access, or shuts down, the related Mastak integration may stop working until we adapt — we'll let you know when we can.

Mastak and its software, AI pipeline configurations, brand, and UI are owned by Mastak. These terms don't transfer any IP rights to you.

Your data (conversation logs, knowledge base documents, account info) belongs to you. You grant Mastak a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of running the service.

We won't use your knowledge base content or DM conversations to train AI models. Conversation data sent to OpenRouter is subject to OpenRouter's API terms, which prohibit training on API data.

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose beyond what's described on mastak.app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mastak's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost leads, or account suspension by Meta or Telegram, even if we were aware such damages were possible.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

You can delete your account at any time from account settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy (within 30 days for account data).

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with reasonable notice where practical. In cases of severe abuse (spam, platform policy violations), we may terminate immediately.

On termination: your access stops and your subscription ends with no further charges. You can request a data export before deleting your account.

We may update these terms as we add features, adjust pricing, or adapt to legal requirements. We'll notify active users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Mastak after that date means you accept the updated terms.

For minor changes (typo fixes, clarifications that don't affect your rights), we'll update the page without notification. The "last updated" date always reflects the current version.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Mastak is an early-stage product and hasn't yet established a fixed legal domicile; we'll update this section as our legal structure matures.

Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, through binding arbitration or a competent court in the relevant jurisdiction.
