You add your prices, services, and a booking or payment link. ManyChat gives you a blank flow builder; Mastak gives you a finished one.

The template is a starting point — you edit prices, wording, and booking conditions right in the builder, no developer needed. PRO and AGENCY unlock full expert mode: the entire flow graph is editable, not just the message text.
