Mastak is a comment-to-DM automation for Instagram and Telegram with an AI sales pipeline built in. Someone comments on your post, Mastak sends the DM, qualifies the lead, handles the objections, and closes — or hands off to you when it needs a human. No keyword scripts. It reads what the person actually wrote.
It's a cloud SaaS, so there's nothing to install. You connect your account, pick a playbook, and it runs. Flat monthly price regardless of how many contacts you have — because a surprise bill after a viral post is not a feature.
Why this exists
ManyChat charges you per contact. Run a giveaway or post something that goes viral and you get a four-figure bill for doing your job well. That's backwards. Meanwhile, most DM automation tools are just keyword matchers — someone writes something slightly off-script and the bot freezes. Mastak uses actual AI that can read context, remember what the person said last week, and keep moving even when the conversation goes sideways.
You pay $12, $24, or $59 a month. That's it. No per-contact fee, no seat tax, no penalty for growth.
The pipeline uses GPT-4o mini by default. Pro and Agency plans let you pick your model — Gemini, Claude, or bring your own key.
We connect via Meta Graph API and Telegram Bot API. No grey-area scraping, no fake browser sessions. Your account doesn't get flagged.
Mastak is pre-launch, building in public. The roadmap is public. The changelog is real. If something's not built yet, the page says so.
I'm Andrey (Drey), building Mastak solo in Moscow before relocating to Batumi. Every line of code goes through Claude Code. I got tired of the existing tools being annoying in specific, fixable ways — the per-contact billing, the dumb keyword matching, the locked-in LLM you can't swap. So I built the version I wanted to use.
