This works for simple use cases — delivering a lead magnet, confirming a registration. It breaks when the lead asks something off-script, changes their mind mid-conversation, or needs an actual answer about your product. Mastak's AI reads the intent behind each message. If someone asks 'how much is the full price?' in the middle of an onboarding flow, the AI answers instead of routing them to a dead end. Memory means it also doesn't ask the same qualifying question twice.
